The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Financial Planning and Budgeting software. The solicitation will be issued on February 13, 2026. TANK’s DBE goal and commitment

TANK has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program, in accordance with USDOT and FTA, and pursuant to Title 49 CFR Part 26. It is the policy of TANK to ensure that DBE’s have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT-assisted contracts. It is our policy:

  1. To ensure nondiscrimination in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts;
  2. To create a level playing field on which DBE’s can compete fairly for DOT-assisted contracts;
  3. To ensure that the DBE program is narrowly tailored in accordance with applicable law;
  4. To ensure that only firms that fully meet 49 CFR Part 26 eligibility standards are permitted to participate as DBE’s;
  5. To help remove barriers to the participation of DBE’s in DOT assisted contracts;
  6. To assist the development of firms that can compete successfully in the marketplace outside the DBE program;

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) GOALS – FFY 2023-2025

Federal Fiscal Year 2023 to FY 2025 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Goals:

FFY 2023 to FY 2025 comprises the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025.

TANK’s DBE Goal for FFY 2023 to 2025: 2.65%

A copy of the proposed goal and its rational are available for inspection during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the administrative office of the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky, for thirty (30) days following this notice.

A thirty (30) day comment period is in effect from the date of this notice wherein the public is invited to submit comments on the goal in writing, to the General Manager at the address listed below:
