Invitation to Bid# 16-26 (8) Eight AWD Pursuit SUV Vehicles. Bid Opening Date Tuesday December 2,2025 time is posted on attached documents. These documents can also be found on the City of Valdosta website at www.valdostacity.com/Finance/Purchasing/Bid Opportunities. All instructions are provided in the actual bid documents. No electronic or faxed bids accepted. Sealed bids with bid number must be written on outside envelope are due no later than December 2,2025 @ 9:50AM (Time recorded from City Hall phone system) at the following location: City of Valdosta Purchasing Dept. 216 E. Central Ave, 2nd Floor Valdosta, Ga.31601 Bids will be opened and read aloud upon the mentioned time slot. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or proposals or to make any other decisions deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
