The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). We are seeking quotes for the following:
Stryker System 9 Tools - St. Louis VAMC
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 339112 – Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a Size Standards of 1000 Employees, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6515. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as Unrestricted.
All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about August 12, 2026. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be August 18, 2026, at 11:00 am Central Time (CT). RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the “RFQ - 36C25526Q0292” in the subject line to veronica.flores@va.gov
Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted by 08/14/2026 at 11:00 am CT via email referencing the “RFQ - 36C25526Q0292” in the subject line to veronica.flores@va.gov. All amendments, other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the Sam website at https://sam.gov/content/home.
Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with RFO 4.203, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, RFO 4.203-1(b) states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in SBA Dynamic Small Business Search at https://dsbs.sba.gov/. Non-OEM firms must submit their Authorized Distributor Letter with the quote.
