| Description: | Bids for the Interior Demolition Project at city owned property located at 127 Main Street will be received by the City of Laurinburg at the office of the Administrative Services Director, City Hall, 303 W. Church Street, Room 244, Laurinburg, NC, until 5:00 P.M. local time on Friday, October 31, 2025. After this deadline, bids will be evaluated with the intent to award a contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in proposals for the performance of the contract. This project will be funded with grant funds received from the N.C. Department of Commerce’s Rural Transformation Grant Fund and Rural Grant Programs Fund. The project consists of the demolition of specified areas of the building at 127 Main Street on two floors, in accordance with the scope of work and demolition plans in the bid documents. The bid documents can be downloaded from the City of Laurinburg’s website at the following link: https://www.laurinburg.org/business/#purchasing-rfps. Bidders must complete the vendor registration process to login and obtain copies of the bid documents. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids can be submitted via email to hhaywood@laurinburg.org or online through the City’s bid submittal portal where the bid documents are obtained.
