SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) Defense Health Agency Facilities Enterprise (DHA FE), Program Support, Korea
The purpose of this RFI is to perform market research to identify Korean Firms that have technical capabilities and expertise to provide services to successfully conduct service support assistance for the DHA FE Program Support, Korea. This includes programming, planning, operational, and project development support. This effort aims to provide DHA FE with a comprehensive team of contracted staff to represent FE project development by offering extensive technical expertise, administrative services, and facility planning experience. These efforts support development for data-driven projects for senior leadership decision-making for facility capitalization. The objective focuses on the assessment of facilities (building and operational) project development for replacement and recapitalization, site evaluations, and project coordination.
The Government is performing market research in order to determine if any Korean firms possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Interested Korean firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response to the questions below. If no experience or capabilities are associated with a particular question, so indicate. All Korean firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
The market research uncovered by this SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT will be used for information only for preliminary planning purposes on an upcoming solicitation(s). No proposals are being requested or accepted at this time, NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED AT THIS TIME, and no reimbursement will be made (for any costs associated with providing information) in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Interested firms should submit a document which furnishes information describing relevant demonstrated experience and qualifications in the following format: The submissions should be Times New Roman, font size 12 and should not exceed 2, one-sided, 8 ½" X 11" pages.
The submission will address all questions in the Capabilities Questionnaire listed below and your ability to perform the services stated in the above notice.
