Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funded Rubber Fitness Room Flooring at Northwest Recreation Center

Intent: The City of Irving is soliciting bids to secure a contract for the Rubber Fitness Room flooring at the Northwest Recreation Center to upgrade the existing facility. The goal is to provide patrons and participants with quality finished flooring surface to enhance experiences while participating in recreation classes, activities, and programs.

Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
