Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Community Multiplex Facility
Synopsis:

The Town of Stoughton invites proposals from qualified architectural and engineering teams to provide full professional design services for a new Community Multiplex Facility. The proposed facility will integrate a community hall, ice rink, and fitness/recreation space into a single, multi-use building designed to serve the needs of the community and surrounding region. The estimated project budget is approximately $12 million.

The successful proponent will be responsible for all phases of design, including programming, conceptual and detailed design, construction documentation, and construction administration. The project will be delivered in a single phase with a strong emphasis on cost control, durability, and operational efficiency appropriate for a rural municipality.

Proponents must demonstrate experience with similar municipal or recreational facilities and the ability to work collaboratively with the Town, stakeholders, and project partners throughout the design and construction process.

Proposals will be accepted until May 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time. All submissions are to be made electronically via email to stoughtontown@sasktel.net, in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP documents.
