Glock 47 MOS Pistols with Optics and Trade-In Program for the Yarmouth Police Department

The Town of Yarmouth, as the Awarding Authority, is requesting sealed bids for the supply and delivery of new Glock 47 MOS pistols equipped with optics and the acceptance of designated trade-in firearms for the Yarmouth Police Department.

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 3:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

GLOCK 47 MOS PISTOLS WITH OPTICS AND TRADE-IN PROGRAM

This is a one-time purchase contract to be completed in two phases as further described in the Invitation for Bids.

Bid specifications can be reviewed and obtained on the Town of Yarmouth Website, Doing Business page at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx beginning at 1:00 p.m. on December 3, 2025.

Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the IFB package. Bids submitted on forms other than those included in the IFB package will be rejected.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality contained therein and to award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
