Solicitation Summary
This project, located in Saint Mary’s County, is for the construction of a portion of MD 5 (Point Lookout Road). Beginning south of the intersection of MD 5 and MD 246 and extending in a northernly direction to north of the intersection of MD 5 and MD 471 for a total distance 0.57 miles.
The work will consist of the following:
(a) Bridge reconstruction
(b) Roadway widening
(c) Stream stabilization
(d) Closed storm drain system
(e) Stormwater management facilities
(f) Curb and gutter
(g) Sidewalk
(h) Landscaping
(i) Traffic signals
(j) Signing and pavement marking
(k) Utility relocation
