The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD awarded a $497,696.00 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Patrick Industries, Inc. This contract is for a maximum of 8,810 quantity of End Formers and 8,810 Casting Masks for the base year, and 10,000 quantity of both End Formers and Casting Masks for each option year. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $497,696.
This was a sole source procurement to Patrick Industries, Inc. based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Patrick Industries is the only vendor who can perform this requirement without substantial delay or duplication of costs to the Government.
