Charter Bus Services

The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide Charter Bus Commercial Carrier Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The successful Offeror shall be responsible for providing a variety of Charter Bus Services, maintain an adequate fleet and staff, as well as, all of the Federal, State and local licensure, permits and insurance to be fully compliant with the law and adhere to all of the specifications contained herein and attached hereto, in accordance with the General Terms, Conditions and Instructions.  It is preferred that the Contractor have his home base for his business located within a 50 mile radius of Fauquier County.
