Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of robotic system integration services from KTM Research as a sole source due to required compatibility with existing KUKA robotic equipment and the supplier’s unique expertise. The selected supplier must have the ability to work with KUKA KR 120 robot arms, proprietary programmable logic controls, and associated software; integrate a Schunk SWS quick‑change system into the cell; and design or advise on custom fabricated hardware such as tooling stands and fixturing. The integrator must also support ongoing experimental research that requires rapid and specialized technical assistance. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03‑010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
