The Town of Wrentham invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the William Rice Complex Pavilion Project #27-002, as set forth in the bid specifications.

Bids are subject to MGL. c. 30, S 39M IFB and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 30, S 39M inclusive with a single construction award for the project.

Bids shall be sealed and properly identified as WILLIAM RICE COMPLEX PAVILION PROJECT #27-002 and delivered or mailed to the Town of Wrentham Administration Office, Attn: Michael King, Town Manager, 79 South Street, Wrentham, MA 02093 no later than 2:00 PM, September 24, 2026. Bids shall be publicly opened and read by the Town representative at this time. Hours for the office are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday 8:00am to 7:30pm and closed on Friday.
