Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Brevard County, (hereafter, “County”), hereby issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in conformance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, from qualified firms (hereafter, “Contractor”) to perform professional services in the fields of Geotechnical and Material Testing Services and/or Environmental and Testing Services.
