Staging and Audio-Visual Services for the Two Days in May Conference

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is pleased to release this Request for Proposals (RFP) to supply the AGO with audio-visual and staging services for the Attorney General’s Two Days in May Conference on Victim Assistance to be held May 19-20, 2025, at the Hilton Columbus Downtown.

Interested parties should download and review all attached documents related to this Ohio Buys solicitation. VENDOR RESPONSES CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED ONLINE VIA OHIO BUYS.

Interested parties may make inquiries regarding this solicitation any time during the inquiry period listed in the Solicitation General Information. To participate or submit an inquiry for this solicitation, you need to be registered in the Ohio Buys Supplier Portal. Suppliers are not required at this time to be registered in OAKS.

All inquiries regarding this solicitation including any exceptions and/or suggested changes to the requirements must be submitted via Ohio Buys prior to the Inquiry End Date.  Responses and any necessary addenda will be posted one week prior to the Proposal Due Date.  The AGO strongly encourages interested suppliers to submit questions, exceptions and/or changes during this stage of the process.  Suppliers submitting exceptions and/or changes during the Inquiry Period will greatly reduce the likelihood of their bid being rejected as non-responsive.
