Base Period: 10/1/2025-3/31/2026
Option Period 1: 4/1/2026-9/30/2026
Option Period 2: 10/1/2026-3/31/2027
Option Period 3: 4/1/2027-9/30/2027
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399- Offices of all Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $10.0 million.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00232 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 8/26/2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability and approach to meet the Government’s requirements as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), key personnel shall meet the requirements listed in the PWS, capability to meet the period of performance schedule, past performance on three projects providing non-personal service contracts for dietitian services within the past five years, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 9/3/2025. The acquisition is a 100% Indian-Owned Economic Enterprise (IEE) set-aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
