The Ohio Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is soliciting quotes from a vendor to provide the audio-visual equipment and services needed for the Attorney General’s annual Ohio Peace Officer Memorial Ceremony on May 8, 2025, to be held outside, at the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) located in London, Ohio.

Interested parties should download and review all attached documents related to this Ohio Buys solicitation. VENDOR RESPONSES CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED ONLINE VIA OHIO BUYS.

Interested parties may make inquiries regarding this solicitation any time during the inquiry period listed in the Solicitation General Information. To participate or submit an inquiry for this solicitation, you need to be registered in the Ohio Buys Supplier Portal. Suppliers are not required at this time to be registered in OAKS.

All inquiries regarding this solicitation including any exceptions and/or suggested changes to the requirements must be submitted via Ohio Buys prior to the Inquiry End Date.  Responses and any necessary addenda will be posted one week prior to the Quote Due Date.  The AGO strongly encourages interested suppliers to submit questions, exceptions and/or changes during this stage of the process.  Suppliers submitting exceptions and/or changes during the Inquiry Period will greatly reduce the likelihood of their bid being rejected as non-responsive.
