The purpose of this amendment is to update the location of the Industry Day event from TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA, to USCIS Headquarters in Camp Springs, MD.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) and Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience Research (CISRR) Program will hold an Industry Day for Information Sharing Framework (ISF). This Industry Day is in response to Request for Information (RFI) released on SAM.gov on April 29 2024, Notice ID 70RSAT24RFI000020.
Note: The Industry Day will be recorded. Any responses provided during Industry Day maybe superseded in the resulting solicitation. This event is closed to the press.
WHEN: Wednesday, October 16, 2024
TIME: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET
WHERE: The Industry Day will take place at USCIS (Tomich Center) - Conference Room # 1N320, 5900 Capitol Gateway Drive, Camp Springs, MD 20746.
Attendance: Attendance will be taken for all Industry Day participants both in person and virtually. Each company is limited to two (2) representatives for in person participants. Each participant must provide the name, company, phone number, and email address. Visitors who participate in person will be contacted by a DHS representative to complete the in-person registration form.
Note: In person attendees are encouraged to register as soon possible to facilitate the security pre-vetting process for access to the building.
Breakout Sessions: During the afternoon, participants will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from the ISF Working Group for one-on-one breakout sessions for in person attendees. Breakout sessions will be limited to 30-minute slots available between 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.; reservations are required for both in person and virtual attendance, and slots will be available on First Come, First Served basis. Virtual attendees who would like a one-on-one slot will be contacted to schedule after Industry Day.
You must have a pictured government or state issued identification to attend. Participants must go through a security screening process at the front desk of the building before entry into the building.
