East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is seeking an engineering firm for a project to improve the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) at Pitkin Elementary School, 330 Hills Street, East Hartford, CT. This project is to ventilate the school's classrooms and some adjacent spaces using an Energy Recovery Ventilator System (ERV) design. The project includes associated duct work and will likely require electrical upgrades to the main switch gear. Proposals are being sought from licensed and experienced mechanical engineering firms to provide construction design and construction administration services, with the overall project goal of designing the most effective and efficient systems.
