Sealed proposals will be received until 12 o’clock noon on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 by electronic bid only for the Troy Aquatic Park Maintenance Improvement Project in accordance with the specifications now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City of Troy, Ohio.
This project consists of maintenance improvements at the Troy Aquatic Park that are identified within the drawings and specifications. Bidders shall obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the City of Troy at the address

and within the guidelines designated within this advertisement. The electronic bidding will be handled through the Bid Express service

. Bidder must register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation the bidder intends to bid electronically prior to bidding.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the project site, and bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
All Contractors and Subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practical, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Troy, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into:

A bid bond in the amount of 100% payable to the City of Troy, or

A certified check, a cashier's check, Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% payable to the City of Troy, Ohio
The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion. The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
