The Town of Wayland invites proposals for the continued conservation of gravestones in Wayland’s three public cemeteries. All RFP documents will be available starting September 3, 2026 by downloading them at
www.wayland.ma.us/bids.aspx
.
Proposals must be submitted. A voluntary site visit will be held on September 8, 2026 at 10:00am at Wayland’s North Cemetery, located at 65 Old Sudbury Road, Wayland.
In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6(d) the technical proposal and price proposal must be submitted separately. Proposals must be submitted via mail/overnight delivery, or can be dropped off in person to Jailyn Bratica, Management Analyst/Communications Coordinator, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 no later than September 17, 2026 at 11:00AM ET. Additional information can be found in the complete RFP.
The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
