The Work comprises but is not limited to: skating area concrete bowl repairs, new beginner skating features, painting, seating areas, and related user enhancements.
*Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Prospective bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. at the at the Chino Hills Skate Park, located at 16333 Fairfield Ranch Road, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Failure to participate in the pre-bid meeting will render a bidder non-responsive.
