Project Description: The Borough of Lansdale is performing trail improvements at Memorial Park, Wissahickon Park, and York and Susquehanna Park. The improvements include the installation of 8’ wide multi-use trails, the installation of an access road within Memorial Park, and tree installation. The scope of construction items includes excavation, installation of geotextile fabric, placement of subbase stone, installation of a removable bollard and trail paving. The project also includes landscaping restoration, tree installation, removal of existing concrete stairs, construction of an ADA-compliant asphalt ramp, and installation of erosion and sediment controls as required for the proposed work. The scope of work is more fully described in the Project Specifications herein and on the Project Plans.
Funding assistance has been provided by the Montco 2040 Implementation Grant Program.
