Synopsis:

The Rural Municipality of Big Arm #251 is seeking tenders/proposals for a new municipal shop build, located at our site in Imperial, SK. Shop must be built to commercial standards in compliance with National Building Code, and meet standards for Municode inspections re: commercial buildings.
Specs are as follows:
Building dimensions: 48 x 100ft with 20ft high walls
2 walk-in doors
2 equipment doors
4 windows
Air exchanger
Cement floor - heated with drainage
Boiler
Electrical in ceiling
Tinned interior/exterior
Utility room
Office space
Construction deadline: September 15, 2027
