The City of Folly Beach is soliciting qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its water and sewer infrastructure, including water mains and tanks, and to complete a follow-on rate study. The goal is to identify future capital needs, evaluate all utility fees, and recommend current and future rate structures that fully fund operational, capital, depreciation, and debt costs while minimizing consumer rates.
