Tenders are being accepted for the loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 12,000 cubic yards of crushed gravel on municipal roads. Stockpiles are located at NW 13-12-10w3 (R.M. of Whiska Creek No. 106) and NE 4-13-9 (R.M. of Lawtonia No. 135).
Please provide a price per yard per mile of haul, a price for loading, equipment list, a minimum haul rate and any and all additional charges, if applicable.
A proof of liability insurance and a letter of good standing from Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board must be included with the tender. Must comply with weight restrictions and haul legal loads.
Council would prefer if the haul would commence by May 1st and be finished by August 15th. Please state on tender if you would be able to meet those dates.
Tenders will be received until 9:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday Feb 10th, 2026. Lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
