Synopsis:
|
|
The City of Saskatoon is seeking quotes for a Petroleum Contractor to decommission the existing fueling infrastructure at the Vic Rempel Yards and Saskatoon Light & Power (SLP) locations. The Contractor will remove all above and underground infrastructure and restore the surface as per drawings and specifications. This work will include removal of soil and granular material, liquids (if present), material hauling and disposal, remedial efforts (if required), backfill, compaction, and asphalt capping.
The scope of work also includes the supply and installation of all pertinent above ground fueling infrastructure to replace the underground infrastructure. This will include above ground tanks, piping, electronic card readers, electrical work, regulatory permit application (construction and operation) and dispensers. The Contractor will install all new infrastructure and complete all applicable equipment and operational quality control and quality assistance testing.
The Contractor will be responsible for all applicable environmental consulting services (if required) to complete corrective actions to remediate existing tank nests during decommissioning.
