Woodard Center, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC. Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards will be observed. The scope of work includes demolition, grading, utilities, splashpad with pumphouse, basketball court, hardscape, planting, and other site improvements. Electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from Susan Hatchell Landscape Architecture at (910) 444-9209 and/or by email at mindy@susanhatchell.com from 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on site at 3:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 9530 Bellhaven Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28214.
