URL to solicitation documents: https://fairfieldct.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/202766 The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking competitive bids from qualified Contractors for service and upgrades to the building management system (BMS) and HVAC controls at the Town's Police Department located at 100 Reef Road, Fairfield, CT. The successful Contractor will be responsible for removing the current Unity BMS and upgrading all field devices to an existing Johnson Controls Niagara system, or owner approved equivalent. All proposed systems must be compatible with Tridium products.
