The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to provide for improvements to WTF electrical infrastructure as well as flocculation, coagulation and sedimentation process equipment along with support equipment and accessories as shown and specified. Bidders are directed to Section 01010 Summary of Work for specific details. The Work shall be located in the Town of Bloomfield; in the State of Connecticut as shown on the Bidding Documents. Note that the entrance to the facility is in West Hartford.
