The Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program Branch (TFWPB) has a requirement for a tool/platform that would establish a foundation of social media monitoring to allow the team to stay proactive in discovering fraud related to Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA)
