Killinger Creek Phase 2 Stream Restoration Project

Project Description: South Londonderry Township will receive bids for the Killinger Creek Phase 2 Stream Restoration Project. Bids may be submitted and updated online until Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 2:00 PM. At that time bids will be made available online. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 1,400 linear feet of streambank stabilization and riparian plantings.
A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM on March 27, 2025, regarding the project will not be acknowledged.
This contract is subject to the following: the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.
South Londonderry Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
