The City of Henderson, through this qualifications-based selection process, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for professional On-Call Construction Support Services of a Clark County resident and Nevada licensed Professional Engineer(s) to work as an extension of staff under the limited supervision of a Department of Utility Services (DUS) Construction Manager (CM), to support the work currently programmed in the Capital Improvement Program, Developer projects, and other associated work.
