Description -
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0104 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Project includes clearing and grubbing, pit development, aggregate crushing, stockpiling, and testing, at the Black Butte Pit in Sisters, Oregon.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 212319 The small business size standard is 550 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
Statement of Requirement
Project includes clearing and grubbing, pit development, aggregate crushing, stockpiling, and testing, at the Black Butte Pit in Sisters, Oregon.
The project is located on the Deschutes National Forest, Sisters Ranger District. The Black Butte Pit is located off Forest Service Road 2060105.
Directions from Sisters, OR: Drive west for 9.5 miles on Highway 20. Turn left onto George McAllister Road. Drive south for 1.1 miles. Turn right to access Black Butte Pit on Forest Service Road 2060105. Coordinates: 44.377728° -121.683025°
Estimated time to start work is October 1, 2026 to April 15, 2027.
