Description
The City of Savannah is accepting Request for Proposal from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the Civic Legacy ¿ Arena Removal until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Only electronic submissions will be accepted through the City of Savannah Purchasing Division supplier portal at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
The name of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah GA 31401.
A Pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at the Savannah Civic Center 301 W. Oglethorpe Avenue, Savannah, GA 31401 in the O'Connor Room to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise. You are invited to attend.
Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities.
