Summary ADEM is looking for the following service(s): A 24/7/365 full-service maintenance agreement on a Toshiba UPS, and it’s associated batteries. That’s located in the ADEM Main OƏce Lab building. This would include semiannual Preventative Maintenance on the UPS and quarterly preventative maintenance on the batteries.
