Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Windsor Keywords: Construction (Building), Concrete Bid Description: The Town of Bethel is accepting proposals to replace our existing salt shed with a 30’ x 30’ SteelMaster roof kit model R30-15, on a poured concrete foundation 30’-5.5” Long x 30’-2.5” Wide x 6” Thick slab, 10’ walls (2’ inground, 8’ out), #4 rebar throughout footer, walls and floor, with 2’ returns on end walls. Walls and footers to be keyed in. The concrete is to be sealed with a salt resistant sealer. The SteelMaster roof kit will be onsite and provided by the Town, all other materials shall be provided by the contractor.
