The New York City Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings, intends to enter into Requirements Contracts with up to six (6) qualified engineering firms to perform architectural, engineering and construction-related services for various single-system (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and/or fire protection) upgrades or replacement projects in any of the City’s five (5) Boroughs.
