Basis of Award: Lowest responsible responsive bidder that meets the eligibility requirement as being an authorized dealer

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for award, the bidder must be an authorized dealer of the Instant Armor TACIII Ballistic Shield System. Bidder shall submit a certificate of authorization letter from Instant Armor and include with the bid response certifying that they are an authorized dealer of the manufacturer of the products being bid. The authorization letter must be on the manufacturer’s letterhead and must be signed by a duly authorized manufacturer representative. Failure to submit the authorization letter with the bid may result in the bid response being deemed as non-responsive.

* All costs including shipping must be included in bid pricing on OhioBuys item grid
