BIDDERS MUST HAVE A CONTRACT AWARDED UNDER CONTRACT RSI019039 TO BE CONSIDERED.
Services are to be covered under contract providing that the work falls under OAC 1301: 7- 7-09

The ODRC/Dayton Correctional Institution is accepting quotes submitted in response to Quick Quote No.[ ] that is due on . The respective quote response, including the Terms and Conditions, special contract terms & conditions, any addenda, specifications, pricing schedules and any attachments incorporated within the MAC023 contracts become a part of this agreement. DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

· Replace alarm valves in units T & M with new Tyco check valves and trim. Includes installing new drains and plugging off existing non functioning water motor gongs. Includes replacing 4" x 6ft riser pieces and reinstalling flow switches.
