Summary Details
The Board of Education of School District No.35 (Langley) (“ SD35 ” or “ District ”) wishes to retain the services of a Contractor to work in collaboration with the District and its Owner’s Representative and Design Consultants to complete the clearing and grubbing scope of work for a campus site. This site will host a 1,900-capacity secondary school and a 900-capacity middle school, scheduled for development in Spring 2025. The clearing and grubbing work must be completed by March 1, 2025, prior to the start of the bird nesting season.
