ADDENDUM NO. 2
TO THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR
Town of Middlebury
2026 Municipal Paving Project
Your attention is directed to the following changes in, additions to, or deletions from the Contract
Documents for the Town of Middlebury 2026 Municipal Paving Project. This complete
Addendum, including attachments, shall be included within the Contract Documents and shall
take precedence in the case of any discrepancies.
BIDDER must acknowledge receipt of all ADDENDA on the BID or may be considered non-
responsive. This Addendum consists of one (1) page.
1. Special Conditions: REMOVE Special Condition 13 - Areas of Work and Required Paving
Thicknesses and REPLACE Special Condition 13 - Areas of Work and Required Paving
Thicknesses in its entirety as follows:
"13. Areas of Work and Required Paving Thickness - The following is a list of the areas of
work and expectations for paving types and thicknesses.

Questions During Bid Phase
QUESTION: If you pave curb to curb the square footage for south street is incorrect?
ANSWER: Thank you. Refer to revised table. This number was used in
calculating the total TONS of asphalt and no change needed to bid
schedule.
