DCPS Loretto Elementary School Generator & Panel Replacement Bid Date Extension
Auld & White Constructors, LLC, in conjunction with the Duval County Public Schools, will be accepting SEALED proposals, which will be received until 2:00 p.m., July 21, 2026, at Auld & White Constructors, LLC, 4168 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 101, Jacksonville, Florida 32216.
Project includes select demo, asphalt patching, concrete patching, plumbing (natural gas), and electrical.
There was a site visit on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.  THE SITE VISIT WAS MANDATORY FOR DEMO & ELECTRICAL.
Work will be after hours while school is in session.
Project includes a participation GOAL of 10% SBE & 10% MBE (African American or Hispanic American). Subcontractors who intend to perform work as a registered SBE or MBE must include the attached OEO Form 2 with their proposals. 
Interested Bidders are required to notify Auld & White Constructors, LLC, of their Intent to Bid, in writing, no later than 2:00 p.m., July 14, 2026. Interested Bidders who fail to notify Auld & White Constructors, LLC, of their intent to bid by the date referenced above MAY NOT be permitted to bid. Bid drawings and specifications will be available on Auld & White Constructors, LLCs website (www.auld-white.com), on June 10, 2026.
