Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-011, Street Preservation – Chip seal Paving. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The City of Waco Project will preserve various streets with two course chip seal treatment. For more detailed information, see this project page at https://waco-texas.bonfirehub.com/portal.
