Solicitation Summary

The hazardous materials remediation contractor ("Contractor") shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, etc. necessary for the abatement and proper disposal of asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead containing ceramic tiles, and mold remediation in the basements of Buildings A and Bat the Maryland State Police Headquarters (1201 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208.) The Contractor will not need to put back materials for surfaces and components that are abated, remediated, and remove. Please see project manual for details.
