Haircut Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to solicit proposals for the provision of on-site haircut services for male and female justice-involved youth under the age of 25 currently involved in the juvenile justice system.

The purpose of the RFP is to obtain a contract for on-site haircutting services.

Vendors must submit two (2) copies of their proposal: One (1) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive.   The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 033-26”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m.October 20, 2026, to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.  Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.  Note:  The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited
