| Pre-Bid Meeting: |
Suppliers are STRONGLY encouraged to attend an optional pre bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional pre bid meeting will take place at 12:00 P.M. EST local time on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Ingram Transfer Station, 50 Ingram Drive, Toronto. Meetings will not be available at any other times.
Suppliers, shall advise the Procurement Contact via the message board in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meetings, with the following information: .1 Name(s) of attendees .2 Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the optional pre bid Meeting. .3 Suppliers must bring and wear personal protective equipment, including hard hat, reflective clothing and safety boots during the optional site visits. |
