Request for Quote (RFQ) seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Senior IT Security Analyst for the Ohio Benefits Program from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, as described herein. At a minimum, the selected candidate must complete reviews, respond to security exceptions, and assist in the remediation of State and federal audit requests. In addition, the selected candidate must review and validate security procedures and protect the overall confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Ohio Benefits systems. The selected candidate may have some degree of independent judgement within defined parameters but will not make program or policy decisions.

Typically, it is expected that the selected candidates will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except for State observed holidays. The work location will be in accordance with State policy.

The anticipated dates for interviews are April 21 – April 25, 2025.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting MBE dealers on STS 534042 an experienced professional to serve as a Senior IT Security Analyst from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Only MBE suppliers on 534042 or MBE suppliers who offer this item on an existing State Term Schedule or state contract may respond to this solicitation.

Suppliers must identify the job classification title from the existing State Contract or State Term Schedule that best aligns with the required skills and qualifications described below. Suppliers may submit multiple candidates for this position.

Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

Fulfillment of the questionnaire is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the response that is determined to be most advantageous to the State, pursuant to the corresponding evaluation criteria, which is attached, and supplemental candidate interviews.

The State may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s), subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected candidate(s), supplier(s), and the needs of the State.
