This Work includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the construction of bridge rehabilitation at the 50 Street over Whitemud Drive (B202) Bridge, and other work scopes noted herein. In submitting a bid, the contractor acknowledges that he has examined the site, the surrounding areas, and the existing structure, and that he is completely familiar with the scope and intent of the work required.
A complete job is called for, therefore any labour, material, equipment, tool or incidental item not specifically mentioned, but necessary for completeness, will be considered incidental to the Work, and no additional payment will be made .
