Cecil County, Maryland is seeking quotes for a new, complete running engine assembly replacement, including all necessary components, fluids, and wiring for a ISB 6.7 16B 240 2400 HPCR engine in a 2020 International/Eldorado Passport Bus. The quote shall include all parts and labor for the following: towing from North East, Maryland, all necessary diagnostics, removal and reinstallation (in/out installation) of the engine, and disposal of the old engine and components. This procurement is subject to financial assistance provided by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal statutes, regulations, executive orders, and requirements, including but not limited to those set forth in the FTA Master Agreement in effect at the time of this procurement. The contractor agrees to include all applicable federal requirements in any subcontracts and to ensure compliance by its subcontractors
